• Sturdy construction: Rugged camera and inclinometer housings, capable of withstanding water splashing and dust (IP54), ensure trouble-free operation.

• Full frame referencing: Cam-aligner utilizes the centerline principle to determine the positioning of axles and wheels, the preferred measuring method approved by many OEMs.
• Run-out or rolling method: Choose between lifting the vehicle and making a run-out compensation or simply roll the vehicle by half a wheel turn.
• Frame check: The camera technology enables the system to diagnose frame damages and create report sheets that are accepted by insurance companies.
• Multi-roll: Save time by measuring multiple axles in a single rolling sequence. The base kit includes six wheel adapters, allowing you to roll three axles at once. By adding more wheel adapters, any number of axles can be measured simultaneously.
• Inclinometer: Compensate camber, caster and KPI readings for floor unevenness and lifted axles.

FLEXIBLE AND MOBILE
Since no fixed installation is needed, the system can swiftly be moved between shop lanes or different locations. Upon delivery, the cabinet arrives complete with a built-in computer featuring pre-installed software and a mounted monitor.

EQUIPMENT KEPT SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE
Inside the cabinet, cameras and inclinometer are neatly stored in the charging cradle. Printer and PC are also protected from the outside environment. On the sides, the remaining standard equipment and accessories are conveniently stored, ensuring easy access during alignment and providing an ergonomic workflow.
